The Decisions Page contains decisions of the Court, Commission and Tribunal, handed down since September 2003. There are also some selected Court and Commission decisions which were handed down prior to September 2003. The State Wage Cases ( June 2001, June 2002 and July 2003) have been added to this Page as well as The Clerks (SA) Casual Provisions Appeal Case decisions (March 2001,  August 2001, July 2002 and September 2002).

Decisions will not be published on this website for at least 7 days after delivery and until consideration of any application not to publish on the web has been made, should a party or person contend that the reasons for decision should not be published in full.
