PRACTICE DIRECTION 9 - APPEALS
The Industrial Relations Court and Commission have made a new Practice Direction 9 – Appeals, to complement Rule 77(1) of the Industrial Proceedings Rules 2010. It specifies the content, timeframes, and service requirements of:
· an outline of argument;
· an appeal book;
· additional transcript or exhibits;
· electronic outline of argument; and
· photocopies of authorities (only where party is intending
to read from them).
