Inquiry into the Impact of Work Choices in SA - Report
An Inquiry was set up under section 27 of the Fair Work Act 1994 on 27 March 2007 at the direction of the Minister for Industrial Relations, Mr Michael Wright, to examine the impact of the Federal Government's Work Choices legislation on South Australian workplaces, employees and employers.
